By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our operational team.
Refunds for Pro or Premium plans are eligible if a technical error prevented service access or if a duplicate charge occurred. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
Add-on services (Resume Review, Interview Coaching, etc.) are strictly non-refundable once the consultation or review process has commenced.
Employer plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed in advance. Refunds are only considered for billing anomalies or verified system downtimes preventing job postings.
Featured Job upgrades and Urgent Job badges are applied instantly and cannot be refunded or transferred.
